I found the place professional and the hotel quite busy, but it’s very central.

“Not good value for money, got to be the worst place I had ever stayed”

I thought the value was poor, the lack of an elevator, the bad service and the tiny room were all major drawbacks.

“terrible - No sleep and dirty room.”

The only bright spot was that the train station was a 5‑minute walk in the morning, but I normally don’t leave reviews; this one is long because I couldn’t sleep at all—noise from other rooms and the street made it impossible, the bedding was dirty with stains on pillows and towels, the shower was broken, and for the same price you could stay 5 minutes further away and have a far better experience.

Only the location is good. The stairs to climb three floors with luggage are awful! Very old. The bathroom had a water leak.

The location is great. The acoustics aren’t great either; we could hear people in the room next door.
