The location was good, but the cleaning staff barged in while I was naked at 09:45 and told us we had to leave at 10:00. Terrible experience.

It felt like a vacation as soon as you drive up to the park, but the crows in the morning outside our bedroom window were annoying.

The rooms were spacious and well decorated, yet the bathroom wasn’t entirely clean—there were many hairs and dirt under the radiator.

“Niet naar wens! Niet beschikbaar!”

The accommodation was unavailable, and even a month later there was still no solution—shocking, especially since we’ve visited at least 3 to 5 times in recent years. The entire process was a mess: booked rooms were not available, Centerparcs blamed Booking, Booking blamed Centerparcs, and loyal customers were the victims. We received no accommodation, couldn’t use any facilities because the keys couldn’t be programmed, no towels, etc. Two large companies just point fingers at each other; bad luck for the customer, no one takes responsibility.
