From the moment we arrived, the staff handled us professionally, even parking our car for us; the room was spacious and spotless, and we found umbrellas right on the beach at the water's edge; two large bars flank the hotel, and several restaurants sit around the marina so everyone can find something they like.

The hotel looked gorgeous and was set in a lovely spot with a private beach, the bed linens were fantastic, and we really enjoyed the breakfast, which was unbeatable; we’ll definitely come back for another stay, though the underground bar was closed for refurbishment, which was a pity but we’re looking forward to visiting it next time.

“Totally awesome”

The beach was nice for relaxing, watching sunsets, and jogging in the morning; the spa centre was excellent with a range of thermal and sauna facilities; the breakfast was good and there were several restaurant options; we spent two nights in Split’s old city before moving to Le Meridien, staying at the hotel the whole time to relax, enjoy the view and the facilities, and it was a really good arrangement.
