Breakfast was decent and the rooms stayed tidy, yet there were only a handful of power outlets, the bathroom in room 11 was cramped, delivery people would climb into the room which made me feel unsafe, and the mattress was terrible.

The staff were genuinely helpful and courteous, which made checking in a breeze. Too bad the hotel isn’t as downtown as I’d hoped – you have to walk a bit farther to reach the main attractions. Overall, the service saved the location shortcoming.

The front‑desk lady was on point – friendly, efficient and seemed to know everything. Everything else ran smoothly, so I didn’t have any complaints during my stay. It was a hassle‑free experience from start to finish.
