Everything was great; we could check in with a large group and they helped with the transfer. There were no wardrobes for clothes, but that’s typical in Sri Lanka.

A wonderful guesthouse with polite staff. Great location – 5 minutes to the ocean, 15 to the beach, shops and cafés within walking distance. Breakfast was decent, you won’t go hungry, and lunch and dinner can be ordered at reasonable prices. In the morning, peacocks arrive; in the afternoon, monkeys come and you can feed them. Rooms can be cleaned on request. We really liked it and will definitely stay here next time we’re in Mirissa.

The price matched the quality overall, and the hosts were friendly. Internet was decent, but it didn't work on the first floor. When I entered the villa, a strong kitchen odor hit me, not very pleasant. Everything was worn and dirty, and the mattress had springs. The stove on the kitchen didn’t work; the hosts offered me to cook in their kitchen, but it was terribly dirty, full of flies, and had an unpleasant smell. The shower didn’t drain.

The spot is great, far from the town’s bustle. The staff were super polite and always ready to help with any request.

“Disappointed 😔”

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was filthy – two dirty sheets for a couple – insects were everywhere in the room and bathroom, water leaked all over, and the bed was very uncomfortable, making noise with every shift; I had to leave after one night.
