La propreté, l’accueil, la proximité avec la gare et le confort de la chambre. Rien
“Das ideale Hotel um vor oder nach der Reise mit dem TGV von oder nach Bordeaux zu übernachten.”
The room was big, modern furnished. Everything was picobello clean and tidy. Breakfast was great. The location to Bordeaux St. Jean station is top. The ventilation in the bathroom runs all night. The AC was too loud for us, so we ran it at night.

Its closeness to public transport and the city centre is a plus. Some parts of the room required maintenance and repairs: the light switch in the bathroom was hanging out and the sink plug was broken. Our cleaner left items in the room and kept taking our room card.

The AC was good, the room was sound‑proof and the sound‑proof windows to the street were very effective. Cleanliness was also good, but each day different staff with different approaches, so restoring the room led to “fun” search situations. In a hotel?????? We are over 80 years old and stayed 10 days. We have other needs and missed in the room e.g. a makeup mirror, bright lighting, a luggage rack, more than 3 hangers, space in the bathroom, a hair dryer, a clothes hook and/or clothes stand, etc. The room gave the optical impression that a Jyske seller in the first year of training “could show something from the range.” The evening meal, described as very pleasant, turned out to be pre‑made, pre‑cooked, pretty with 3 cod fillets in sardine size decoration, tasteless Pampe. Short: everything was not worth the money.
