The calm, location, and hot tub were great, but it wasn’t very clean; after we cleaned it ourselves it was fine, which you wouldn’t expect when renting a cabin for that price.

The spot was great, super quiet, well‑furnished, and they let us extend on short notice. I could pick a specific house in advance and got confirmation. Communication worked smoothly via the app and WhatsApp. The welcome pack had coffee and biscuits. The only downside was the price.

“Wir würden wieder buchen!”

The holiday park was lovely and quiet, the grounds tidy, and the 4‑bedroom bungalow was clean with tasteful, modern décor. The terrace had a canopy, a large table, six chairs, and a very comfortable outdoor couch that would be perfect on sunny days. A bike storage space was next to the house, the reception had a small shop, and the location in the Acherhoek was superb—Winterswijk and Borken were close, great for cycling, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very comfortable. For our weekend stay everything was fine, but the bedrooms were a bit small, offering little room around the beds and no bedside storage; the second bedroom had no bedside lamps. Generally, the bedrooms lacked storage, only wardrobes were available, and wall hooks might help. In the bathroom there were no adequate towel‑drying options, so we hung towels on hangers and spread them around the house to dry. A stool in the bathroom would also solve the lack of storage.
