Everything was great and the staff showed real empathy.

I was disappointed because there was no parking, the bathtub and the taps were worn out.

The pool, the bar, the staff and the food were only okay, but the bathroom looked a bit run down, the lifts were slow, and the stairs in the hallways were a bit steep.
