The location is good and breakfast is decent, but when we asked the reception for fresh toilet paper they just said “okay.” We went up and found the door open but no new paper, which felt a bit unsafe. After ten minutes I had to call reception again, and only then did they finally bring the paper. The housekeeping staff also arrived way too early in the morning, waking us up at 8:20 to clean. They should wait until after breakfast to start tidying.

I liked the hotel’s location, just ten minutes from the center, but my neighborhood was much quieter and calmer. I didn’t enjoy the fact that the front desk area was very dirty, as was the elevator. My last wash before departure ruined my whites – everything turned a blue‑grey. I was also uneasy about the door that connects to other rooms, which is locked from each side, worrying about my safety.

The place was dirty, with a foul smell, and it was very noisy. Our floor was under renovation, and the walls were thin, so we could hear everything in adjacent rooms. They put 1.5 liters of water in the room and told us to pay for it on the day of departure, even though they never mentioned it before.

The price is reasonable, but there’s no soundproofing; you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the street. The breakfast is classic and very basic, but that’s understandable given the low cost.
