I’ve been staying here for over ten years. The bar had nothing to drink after closing, and they didn’t bother to restock. I had to go to a grocery store to get a simple cola. I wanted to order coffee, but there was none available, so I had to wait for hours if at all, while the staff treated me like a non‑guest, just like the managers who eat in the dining room instead of attending to guests’ requests. By the end of the meal, the guests would sit and eat as they pleased, which is unacceptable. I don’t think a manager should sit with guests at the start of dinner and operate a single grill alone, forcing 30 guests to queue for food; that seems unreasonable.
