The location is superb. The smell when you enter the common premises is unpleasant. The room was extremely cold! The kitchen is shared, which feels odd. The keg has to be picked up at a different location. Nowadays, most properties have secured locks on the door; unfortunately, this one does not.

Good location, great room, spacious shower, and excellent common area. It was a bit noisy.

Low, cleanliness. The Wi‑Fi did not work. We wrote about it, but the owner did not respond to our complaint.

We really loved this place – it was super functional, spotless, and perfectly located. The décor was nice and the shared common room concept between tenants worked well. Everything matched the description exactly, so I’d recommend it without hesitation.

Excellent cleanliness and geographic location. And to top it all, the Rémois people are friendly and helpful!. (Just a little problem with the keys during my last day when I was about to leave the place. I have notified the landlords who have taken note of this little "mishap". As a whole, I spent a wonderful 3-day stay in Reims and it is with pleasure that recommend this place to stay.)
