“Great stay for chimps Cyamudongo trek”

We stayed in a nice spot right by the park entrance, perfect for people heading to the Cyamudongo trail because we met up at 5am near the hotel; Jane and her team were kind and helpful, confirmed our guide, and made sure the room could comfortably fit three. I recommend the packed breakfast with an egg sandwich for the early chimp hike, the dinner was great too, especially the roasted pumpkin side, and they offered tea and cookies upon arrival.

Amazing staff and 5 star home cooked fresh meals. Couldn't do enough for you. The bathroom is really badly designed that it makes the whole place wet. Not enough power socket in room, no mirrors in room

“Very tidy place, amazing staff & close to Nyungwe”

The location is great, with beautiful views from both the rooms and the restaurant. The rooms are tidy and well maintained; I even received a free upgrade to a larger room because no one else was staying. Nyungwe NP is very close and only a short drive if you have your own car. The restaurant food is tasty, and all the staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and overall attentive; they even washed my clothes on short notice the evening before I left. Pascal, the receptionist, is eager to help with anything you need. I have no complaints at all.

“Not for this price...”

The only good value was the service; the people there try hard to make us comfortable, but the rooms are poorly built, with old demolished interiors that are unacceptable for the price. There are broken handles, dirty walls, demolished bathroom facilities, etc.
