Hotel Flat Biena Ibirapuera

“Excelente localização, ótimo custo benefício!”

The location is spot on, easy to reach whether driving or using a rideshare, the room is spacious, and even without a full kitchen it offers a few cooking tools, a mini fridge, and a microwave, plus a large smart TV.

“Muito bom custo x benefício”

Value was solid, staff answered every question right away before and during my stay. I’d recommend it. The only downside was the breakfast – it just didn’t feel worth the price.

“Excelente para o que precisávamos”

The room lived up to what I expected – super comfy. Check‑in was a bit slow because we’d just booked and the front desk said we needed to call the reservation line. In the end, everything worked out.

“Ok”

Great spot, reasonable price, and the place was clean. The microwave was short and the Wi‑Fi was down, though.

Location was spot on. We booked for three, but there were only sheets and towels for two. I tried reaching out to the host, but got no response.
