This lodge was a real gem, lovely and close to all the action - shops, restaurants, and attractions were all within easy reach. The place itself was warm and welcoming, really felt like home. That said, the hot tub was a bit of a letdown, especially given the extra cost - we were provided with damp wood to get the fire going, which just didn't cut it, and ended up having to pay £29 for the host to sort it out with some dry wood and a torch.
