Exceptional service, but we just loved everything else.

The hotel was very high‑level, the staff were excellent and answered every request with enthusiasm. We stayed in rooms that had a lockable door, the bed was amazing, and the balcony was small but very pleasant. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

The staff were adorable, always smiling and attentive. The location was pretty good, not far from the beach, and a 10‑minute walk to Bangla Road and the city centre. Nothing to add.
