Breakfast came out well, though the sheet on my bed was subpar; after I pointed it out, they swapped it for a better one.

The location was convenient, but the balcony door in the room wouldn't close, forcing us to stay inside all night; arriving at 9:45 pm in Ooty’s cold weather, we wanted tea but were told the kitchen was closed.

I think the place needs to upgrade to newer designs; the overall ambience is what really matters.
