My reservation was cancelled and the on‑site service was complicated. The cancellation and the cleanliness of the common areas I had access to were lacking.

Location is good, but the bed linens were not clean and the pillows were smelly.

Unfortunately, the hotel's cleanliness fell short of expectations, with yellowed towels and a faulty shower. Despite its shortcomings, the hotel showed promise in other areas.
