The hotel features 2.7 km proximity to Hanoi Old City Gate and a 10-minute walk to Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. Air-conditioned rooms offer flat-screen TVs, satellite channels, and seating areas, with some featuring private balconies and bathtubs or standing showers.

The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was spacious.

The spot is great for walking (no more than 10 minutes) to most attractions. The staff were friendly and quick to address any issue, and we asked to use the spa after checkout without any problems. The room was the right size for a city hotel, clean, and had everything needed. Breakfast was decent, more Asian than Western, which is fine. Overall, a solid place to stay in Hanoi. The only drawbacks were a slightly small bathroom for two and that towels were only changed on request and for a fee, but we managed over three nights.
