Hello, good evening, I’m glad to greet you. The only real issue at first was the cost: the app quoted a price for two people, but when I arrived the hotel charged a different amount and didn’t provide bottled water like other hotels do. I’ll probably switch apps to see if the service is better. Thanks.

There were cockroaches in my room, no air conditioning, and the breakfast was horrible. All in all, it was terrible.

The location is central. When I got to the room, it didn’t look like the photos at all, and in a drawer there was a plate of food that was several days old, meaning the room wasn’t cleaned properly.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but the price‑service ratio was reasonable and the breakfast and parking were very good. The beds were uncomfortable.
