First off, the hotel isn’t in Sukhavie but in the suburbs—fine if you’re driving, awful if not. Walking to the city is far, weekday transport runs hourly, weekends every two hours. Also note there’s no hairdryer in the room, and no outlet in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly, the place was clean, parking was convenient, and getting on or off the highway was quick, but the shower and its fixtures need repair.
