Avoid booking this place—the location would have been great, but we never got a chance to stay there. Don’t book this accommodation; it looks good on paper but communication was terrible. We arrived and couldn’t get in, and we’re requesting a refund because we couldn’t reach anyone to let us in.

The location and price are good, but the access process is a bit more complicated; once you understand how it works, it’s fine.

I paid a full, non‑refundable fee and never got any accommodation, so it feels like a scam. There was no receptionist; the hotel had told me the key would be in a locker with a PIN, but the key was missing. For two days I tried to get the key for the room I paid for, but no one answered my calls or texts. I had to find another place to stay urgently and didn’t get my money back.

The social facility with a room was decent, offering privacy. However, the communication with the provider was poor—about 2 h passed before we could check in and the phone contact didn’t work, so it seemed we’d have to move. It’s a shame, because otherwise we’d have had a better memory and might return.
