I had no positives; it was the worst day ever because they wouldn't give me a room even though my reservation was confirmed.

The mosquitoes were relentless, the staff were extremely rude, the washroom was awful, and the price was too high for such a lousy room.

I disliked everything: they asked for extra payment, there was no flush, the floors were dirty, and the toilets were unclean.
