I scored it 8.0/10. I booked a handicap room because I needed one, but I was first sent to a 2nd‑floor room with a leaking toilet; they told me no handicap rooms were available, so I had to return to the desk and was then moved to a different first‑floor room—this should have been emailed to me before arrival.

I give it 1.0/10: there was no hot water, the maid didn’t make the beds or pick up all the dirty towels, the phone was dead, USB plugs didn’t charge anything, and breakfast was awful.

I rate it 7.0/10: breakfast was great, but the pool was not open.

Breakfast was good, but the tub had peeling finish, the shower water couldn’t be turned off, the hotel looked old and in need of repairs, and we usually stay at Hampton because they’re nice and clean, but this one didn’t meet our standards.
