The place was clean, the staff helpful and friendly, the central location great, and there’s a nice café on the street level; it’s run by visually impaired people, which is a lovely concept.

The spot is great—quiet, right next to a supermarket, and only five minutes from the Old Town and Via Toledo, so I liked everything.

The place was very clean, the staff were very attentive and kept in touch via WhatsApp, responding quickly even though I never saw them in person; the room faced the street, so if you’re light‑sleeping it can be a bit noisy from passing cars.

“Prima accomodatie midden in het centrum van Napels met zeer behulpzaam oersoneel”

The hotel sits right in the middle of all the sights, so everything was walkable, but the street‑side room was noisy.
