Breakfast was tasty with many options. Because the check‑in day had foreign tourists with families, there were three small children who made a lot of noise and chaos both in front of the rooms and in the breakfast area. They ran around happily and even shook the doors of other guests on the same floor. The hotel did not give any advice to the foreign parents about how to keep their children quiet, so we were not pleased with what happened. If the hotel wanted to blame the guests who were affected for not informing staff, the hotel would not have known about the incident. The staff in the lobby and breakfast area saw everyone, but no one went to the parents to tell them to keep their kids calm. This was a major disappointment for our stay.
