Overall it was very good, particularly the leisure facilities and the excellent breakfast, and my family had a blast – we’ll definitely be back – but the bedroom furniture looked worn and damaged, the TV wasn’t a smart model, the bathroom constantly smelled unpleasant even when clean, and the air‑conditioner leaked water onto the wall, so fixing those issues would make it perfect.

There was no mention at the time of booking that you need to pay for the hotel’s bedding.

Despite some redeeming qualities, my stay at this hotel was marred by numerous issues, from unclear breakfast information to a chaotic check-in process. The hotel's handling of breakfast, including the use of colored wristbands to differentiate between guests, was particularly problematic.

“Janeiro 2026”

While the hotel's recreational areas were excellent, and the clothesline in my room was a great help, my stay was marred by several issues, including poor cleaning, a clogged sink, and a strong odor from the bathroom drain.
