“Great hotel with a pool, just few steps from the center.”
Nice and comfortable hotel with a great view over Mt Ararat from the balcony. The swimming pool was a big benefit for hot September days. Nothing to complain about.
“Très médiocre”
The pool was interesting and the housekeeping staff were very kind. The music around the pool was too loud, the breakfast was unacceptable, and the bedding was very old, with a mattress that was not at all comfortable and a pillow that was too thick. We asked for a room change because every time we entered the room it smelled like sewer pipes, and the receptionist refused to offer a solution, speaking in an unpleasant and condescending tone.

The hotel sits in a prime spot, about a 20‑minute walk from the centre, surrounded by new high‑standard buildings. We loved the view from our suite overlooking Ararat and the beautiful, super‑clean pool. The suite was comfortable and the AC worked well. The daily cleaning didn’t happen as scheduled; we had to ask several times and it still didn’t occur.
