The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was good, but there was no kitchen so there wasn’t much hot food. The price was only justified by the city location. The rooms were basic, the bathrooms were in their own juice, and the water pressure was terrible. Cleanliness was very low.

The hotel was very beautiful and the location excellent. My balcony room was changed to another room that was not up to the required level.

The location was very central in Chamonix, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the view of Aiguille du Midi was superb. The hotel was a bit dated, the rooms were relatively small, the toilet was only suitable for somewhat slim people, there were almost no sockets in the room, and bicycles could only be stored in the cramped ski room where luggage and laundry were also kept. The price was relatively high.
