The location was great, but the pillow wasn’t very comfortable and there was only one per person.

The staff were extremely helpful, the place was spotless, and the bathroom was spacious, but I couldn't get the air conditioning to work.

The location is great and the rooftop patio is nice; the room was clean and had AC, yet there are a lot of stairs, the check‑in process was odd because they operate from two separate spots, and you can hear everything happening in neighboring units and in the hallway.

The spot is fantastic—within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, Pantheon, and many restaurants and cafés—but the accommodation is quite basic, the shower was the worst I've ever had, and the lift was out of order for most of our stay.
