The natural light in the room and overall cleanliness were good, the proximity to public transport and the old town centre was convenient, and the art‑deco style of the entrance was appealing; however, the kitchenette only had the essentials to heat one dish for two, the bathroom pump and kitchen sink made a lot of noise, and the apartment is shared—you rent a room with a bathroom and kitchenette, but the rest is common.

Very central, plenty of walking options, well‑heated at night even into the early morning when street noise is loud, but the apartment is not as large as described.

The distance to the train station is very close, the room includes a small kitchen, there is a large shared kitchen outside, the room is very spacious with a balcony, and the host is very proactive in resolving issues, yet the water pump inside makes a loud noise.
