The breakfast area is small for a hotel of this size. The restocking was slow, the coffee machine had problems, and the service was delayed. Parking was an issue: the website says there’s a garage for R$20.00 per day, but when we arrived there were no spots left, the street was full of hotel cars, making it hard to park. Once you arrive, you can’t leave the car. The parking can’t handle the number of cars at the hotel. They don’t give even a minute more at exit, while new guests are only admitted at 15:00 mi; a little more consideration would help—half an hour to an hour doesn’t really affect the new check‑ins.
