Frediano is a wonderful and kind man who greeted us with a smile every time and was very helpful with cafe and restaurant recommendations. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. We enjoyed San Severino Marche and the locals were all very kind and friendly. We’ll definitely come back.

The studio had all the comforts and plenty of space, and the location was perfect for getting around. The only note is the air‑conditioner noise.
