“I didn't stay, it's very unhygienic, damp, and cheap”

The property's old construction and poor maintenance were a major turn-off for me. The walls were damp and smelly, and the structure looked like it could collapse at any moment. The owners were also pretty aggressive about getting prepayment, calling me multiple times to try and get me to pay up. Thankfully, I decided to visit the property in person before booking, and I'm glad I did – it was a huge difference from the photos online.

“Very bad experience”

The staff at this hotel were absolutely terrible, and it completely ruined my stay. They were unfriendly and seemed completely uninterested in helping me with anything. I was really looking forward to a relaxing break, but the staff's attitude made it impossible. On the other hand, the hotel itself was in a beautiful location and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

“Advice to everyone please don't go to this place with your family. Staff is heavily drunk”

We were turned away from this hotel by a receptionist who seemed completely uninterested in helping us. They claimed that Oyo hadn't confirmed our booking, which seemed like a pretty flimsy excuse to me. To make matters worse, the guy sitting at the reception desk was clearly drunk and couldn't even be bothered to pretend to care about our situation.
