The staff were super friendly, especially at breakfast – they were truly lovely. The breakfast itself was great, and they even had gluten‑free bread, which surprised me. The restaurant served great food, and the reception offered free water. They were very relaxed about our checkout time, letting us leave after 2 pm at no extra cost. The shower was lovely. When we checked in, they told us breakfast wasn’t included, even though it was; that was easily settled, but the next morning I had to show my booking proof again at breakfast – it was all resolved smoothly. The location is a bit out of the way, but the hotel has everything you need and can arrange a taxi. The pool bar didn’t open until 2 pm, but I guess we were the only ones there!

The common areas were clean and attractive, and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. One day the water pressure was zero, and another day there was no hot water.

Like the cleanliness, the room, ambiance , the set -up, the wooden stairs, the patio the pool, the dining area, the lobby and the reception area. Love love everything except the buffet hours on Sundays when you have an early flight other than that everything is impeccable Thank you very much AC Hotel by Marriott Guyana
