The spot is right by the tourist attraction and the MTR, making it super convenient.

The owners were shady and handed my room over to a hooker, then charged me ten times what she paid.

When I got there, the room was still being prepared, littered with shopping bags and trash, and the sheets were rolled up all over the bed. The mirrors had a lot of mold and the room was nowhere near soundproof. The stairs were awful—cigarette butts, urine stains, rust, dirt, and trash everywhere. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you want a decent hotel, spend a bit more.
