Fantastic facility . Clean, staff is friendly , everything is new , gym is TOP. Receptionist Berkay made sure to make my stay amazing , always approachable and with the smile . Nothing

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the pools and other hotel facilities were good. The reception staff charged my credit card for the deposit without informing me beforehand; I only realized after the payment that the amount had been taken as a deposit. If they had asked me first, I would have preferred to pay the deposit in cash to avoid any banking issues and receive it back directly. Also, the taxi from the airport charged me 4,600 TL. I informed the front desk about the situation, but unfortunately, the staff member was not helpful, so I had to contact the taxi bureau myself and make a complaint. Overall, I left with the impression that the hotel was more focused on additional charges than on providing helpful customer service, which was disappointing considering the otherwise good facilities.
