Angela is very kind and super helpful with information and requests. The room is very nice and clean (it gets cleaned every day!!). The location is perfect and the reserved parking is great.

Cleanliness, courtesy, availability (we arrived very late for check‑in). The mattress is a bit too soft.

The apartment is modern, cleaned daily. There is coffee, tea, snacks, water that is refilled daily. The garden is beautiful for a morning coffee. Close to the port and restaurants. The host is smiling and very helpful. I recommend it 100%. Everything is fine.

The new facility and Angela is a very kind host, attentive to every customer need, and the room cleaning is impeccable. I was very satisfied with my stay at Brezza Marina Guest House, so I have no complaints.

“soggiorno ok per porto ercole”

The stay was truly pleasant over our six nights. The room size was more than acceptable, the bed comfortable and the bathroom fine with all the necessary accessories. The room has air conditioning. Although the facility does not offer breakfast, a small buffet with sweets, biscuits, savory snacks, juices, coffee, tea and herbal teas is refilled daily and can be enjoyed in the shaded garden at the back of the property. In the garden itself there is a small towel rack for drying swimsuits and beach towels. Five minutes on foot is the seafront, with all the essential shops (small market, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, bars…). Don’t forget the convenience of having a reserved parking spot with access to the ZTL.
