“Good hotel in great location, with lovely roof top pool”

The location was great, the bedrooms and bathrooms were of good quality, and the rooftop pool and bar terrace were nice. The pool loungers and sun‑bed area were lacking.

“Fantástico”

The location, the building, and the staff were good. We had requested a junior suite with city views, but it faced the building’s courtyard instead.

The location, the rooftop, the décor, the breakfast, and the room were all positive. When booking, I reserved for one person instead of two and had to pay an extra 40 €/night, even though it was the same double room. Also, the breakfast information didn’t mention that a second person was included, and it took a long time to explain that the breakfast reservation had been settled the night before. We were split on the staff: many were very welcoming, smiling, and pleasant (especially Arantza), yet we also encountered some staff who seemed “disdainful” toward us, which made us uncomfortable and was very unpleasant during our stay.
