The room and building were super clean, yet being stuck between a room with people yelling at video games and a room with kids was annoying, especially since the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and accommodating, and I’d love to return when visiting family, but the pool and hot tub needed cleaning or repair; heavy chemicals made my eyes burn, there were multiple band‑aids floating in the pool, and the bottom was very stained.

The room was quite spacious, hot water never ran out, staff were friendly, breakfast was good, it was close to many attractions, offered good value, had plenty of parking, the neighborhood was nice, climate control worked well, and the pool and hot tub were clean; I had no complaints, but I left my phone in the room, the staff found it, stored it in a box, and sent it back to me the next day.
