Everything about the breakfast was excellent, but the pool was not heated.

The location is superb, right across from the MUT which makes shopping, eating and metro travel a breeze. It’s in a beautiful, modern, very central area. The staff were all very courteous, especially at the restaurant where Javiera makes you feel at home. The breakfast buffet was very complete. The room could use an extra armchair and a bit more space, but overall the rooms are fine.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and it’s close to public transport and restaurants.

“Really nice hotel, good location and nice staff”

This modern hotel sits in an excellent spot just across from a good mall, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was exceptional, and the rooms were spacious, making it easy to hail Ubers. We were on a half‑board package, which we normally wouldn't choose because it was quite restrictive for my picky eating habits; the staff offered alternatives and were helpful, but I probably wouldn't pick that option again since there’s plenty of good food around.
