The hospitality was excellent.

The room was spacious and the staff behaved well, but the bathroom had an unpleasant smell and the breakfast quality was lacking.

Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice, but the location is terrible—right beside the road with constant traffic, and the noise is disturbing even in the dining hall.

The location and property reflect a traditional Kerala look and feel, and the food was especially delicious, notably the kerala‑style “chatti choru” (rice with kerala‑style fish curry, fish and beef fry, and veg side dishes served in a clay pot), with highly hospitable staff; however, the property needs improvement in several facilities, including tea/coffee provision, room lighting, and cupboard space.
