The only good thing was the location. The photos were completely misleading, the room’s bathroom door was broken, the bathroom had stains and no shower head, some of the room’s outlets didn’t work, and there was a cat urine smell throughout the hotel.

The service and the facilities, especially the pool, were great. The internet that was connected to the TV was lacking.

The space was good. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was good. It would be nice to have a TV in the room with internet access for streaming services.

Everything was great, the hotel was close to the beach and the breakfast was amazing. The TV and internet were a little disappointing, but nothing major… the hotel is excellent.

We went to the hotel to rest and recharge, and we succeeded! We had a few days of rain, but honestly we loved it, haha! We were so tired that we slept a lot and relaxed. Overall, the hotel is very good and we have nothing to complain about. We recommend the stay and even made friends during a boat trip and told people we met there about the hotel. Breakfast: 8/10 – many options and a lot of variety. Room 246: Excellent! The beds looked new, very comfortable, and the room was well arranged. Everything was very clean! Staff: All very attentive and helpful. Pool: Very good, great for leisure moments. Location: Excellent! Less than a 5‑minute walk to the beach, plus nearby shops that are easy to reach on foot. Overall, we had a very positive experience! A hotel we recommend for those looking for comfort, good location, and a place to rest and enjoy. Thank you for the hospitality and we will definitely return soon! The only observation about breakfast: During the five days we stayed, I noticed that some items, such as cakes, brownies, sliced bread, and sausages in sauce, stayed available for two or three days. As a result, they didn’t have the same taste and freshness as foods prepared that day. Perhaps an interesting alternative would be to offer a tea time for guests at a symbolic price, using those items and allowing the next day’s breakfast to be served with fresh foods. I think this idea could be especially appealing on cold or rainy days when guests appreciate a warm coffee even more. I even heard some comments about this among guests in the dining room. I leave this suggestion with affection, as a contribution to make the experience even better for guests. 😊
