“They cancelled in the last moment in the evening before arrival”

They kept insisting the place wasn’t suitable for a family of three kids and two adults, even though we chose it knowing it had a double bed and a couch, which was enough for us. We listed the three kids and their ages when searching. When we called support, they said the property was listed for a maximum of seven people. Maybe they don’t want kids or something else. They cancelled at 9 pm after we arrived in Siófok, and we were asking how to get the keys.

The location, staff, and apartments are perfect in every sense. The lake access is blocked by 200 m on both sides, so a walk along the lake is impossible, and the blockage remains.

Even though the kitchen is very cramped and the sink is tiny, the apartment has everything you need. The natural garden invites you to stay awhile. The area is very quiet, and vehicles can be parked in the locked courtyard. The host is especially friendly and attentive. The price‑to‑value ratio is very good. We’ll definitely come back, thank you!

The host was very friendly, and the apartment’s location was great. The nightlife in the centre is loud, which works well for young people. The space is a bit small, so for four people over several days it might not be ideal. The bathroom and toilet share a tiny entrance right next to the kitchen counter, and the bathroom isn’t technically well designed – the shower has a plug, for example.
