“MALA ATENCIÓN!!!!”
The all‑inclusive aspect was the only good thing; the price is reasonable for all‑included, and the meals were good, plus drinks were included, which is very valuable. We have many bad things to say about this accommodation. First, the staff treatment: all the men were rude and made jokes, laughing nonstop as soon as we arrived, and made nonsensical comments. They were also very ill‑mannered, lifting our luggage because there was no elevator and our room was on the third floor; after they finished lifting, they stood in the middle of the room and wouldn’t leave, and when we thanked them they slammed the door. The doctor (the one with long hair), who seemed the most polite, turned out to be a degenerate, putting ice on women’s intimate areas without permission and making inappropriate comments constantly. On top of this bad treatment, the shower in the room was broken and a bathroom light was out; we complained and no one ever fixed it. The pool is good, but when it gets crowded (as the hotel’s capacity allows) it becomes very small, and the loungers are not provided. Overall, if the staff (most of them except a few) weren’t so rude and forward, it could be a great hotel, but given these issues, it leaves a lot to be desired and ends up being a BAD stay.
