RedDoorz Plus at Canley Residential

The room was spacious with good air conditioning, but the shower could be nicer. The staff were neither friendly nor professional.

I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel, mainly due to the numerous issues I encountered with the room's amenities. The TV wasn't working, and the bed sheets were too small for the bed, which made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. Additionally, there was no soap or other essentials provided, and the tap wasn't functioning properly. The shower knob was also faulty, and the mattress was incredibly hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

My experience at this hotel was marred by a multitude of issues with the room itself. The staff, while friendly and willing to help, couldn't compensate for the numerous problems I encountered. The beds were infested with bedbugs, and the bed sheets had hairs on them, which was quite off-putting. The facilities were old and in need of renovation, and there was no phone in the room, forcing me to go to the reception whenever I needed something.

“Hmmm... Errr”

My stay here had its ups and downs. On the plus side, I loved the smart TV with screencast capabilities - it made entertainment a breeze, and I didn't even need to bother with the extra TV box. The shower heater also provided warm water, which was a relief. However, I was a bit let down by the room's tidiness and some maintenance issues, like the loose aircon cover and bolts in the bathroom.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with one redeeming quality - the bed was comfortable. However, the toilet was a major issue, as it took me half an hour to fix it, which was quite frustrating. I had high hopes for my stay, but unfortunately, the toilet's malfunction cast a shadow over my experience.
