Everything was perfect. We stay here every year for Louder than Life! Love Kelly!! Take care of her!! The only thing that needs attention is that coffee isn’t available until 10 a.m., and it would help to have some French vanilla powdered coffee creamer.

We appreciated the location because it’s close to Louisville, and it still offers good value even though the price rose noticeably from last year. It’s what you’d expect from a Red Roof Inn – not fancy, but the room was tidy and had a bed and a shower, which was all we needed. The facilities feel a bit dated, which probably explains the lower price compared to other local hotels, but that’s what we anticipate from a Red Roof Inn and I have no real complaints.

It was quiet and peaceful, though we were on the upper floor.

The area is nice and close to everything, but the place was nasty – the floors hadn’t been mopped in ages and our feet turned black from walking on them.

The front desk lady with blonde hair was very nice, and I’ll stay again because of her!
