The property itself was beautiful and our campsite was super comfy, but there were some issues with the communal kitchen. It had all the basic equipment, but unfortunately, there was no gas, which made cooking a bit of a challenge for us. To make matters worse, they charge extra for using the BBQ and the stove, which I think is a bit steep considering we're already paying UD150 per night.

The hotel's stunning architecture and exceptional staff made for a wonderful stay, but unfortunately, it was marred by misleading advertising. They claimed to have a hot spring, which turned out to be a total lie. Despite this, the staff were incredibly helpful and made up for the hotel's dishonest marketing.

The views from our room were amazing, but unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. We were told there would be hot tubs with warm water, but they were frozen solid. To make matters worse, the address listed online was incorrect, and we were redirected to a different location, which was a nightmare to reach due to the terrible dirt roads and long journey. We even rented a BBQ, but were told they'd have sausages and chocolates, which never showed up because they claimed to be out of stock.

“La verdad nos sorprendió que el lugar sea tan increíble y el trato espectacular”

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but what really stood out was the staff's helpfulness when I checked in late. They were super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was really comfy. However, the noise from the street was a bit of a problem, but I guess that's just the price you pay for being in the middle of everything.
