Location of the Hotel. When we arrived we found out that the Hotel was closing permanently in 2 weeks. They had stopped serving breakfasts at the end of August. The Hotel felt very run down. Reception was only open from 10.00 to 18.00. the room was not cleaned every day and on one occasion a dirty duster was left behind. The outer door jammed one evening and I had to get help from the Best Western which was prompt but lucky I had their number. If I had known any of this I would have booked somewhere else

The location is great, but the pillows in the bed were unsatisfactory.

The location is perfect, and there were no negatives.

The curtains were loose, the wallpaper was peeling, the table top was loose, the beds sagged into a void, the mattress had a hole, the coffee pot’s drip tray was missing, the room didn’t look fresh or clean, there were stains on walls and windows, the stairs to the room were very dirty with stains on the floor and walls.
