The spot is well‑situated and the housekeeping is reliable. On the downside, the steep stairs at the entrance lack a handrail (my 40‑year‑old son actually fell down them), the stairwell is completely blocked with no emergency access, and mould appears in two of the rooms.

洗面台が玄関とシャワー室の前の2箇所にあり、とても使い勝手が良かった。二段ベッドはしっかりした作りで子どもも大喜び。 限られたスペースではありながら、ベッド、和室スペース、簡易テーブル、トイレ、洗面室と各スペースの居心地が良かった。 また、駅やコンビニがとても近くて、大変便利でした。

The location and room comfort are great, just a five‑minute walk from Iriya metro station, and the cleanliness is impeccable.
