I was scammed and they refuse to refund me; I didn't even use the room because it was filthy and unusable. The place was dirty, the bedding was unclean and never changed, trash was everywhere, and the towel was so dirty I couldn't use the accommodation.

The location was fine, but the room wasn't actually part of the hotel— it was a private property rented under different rules, like charging for children, which the hotel normally doesn't do, as the front desk had told me. When I arrived, the reception had no record of my booking because it had to be sent beforehand by the owner, causing delays and frustration. It was a manual process unlike the standard hotel procedure, so I wouldn't stay there again.
